Rekha Pai has always been involved in technology companies that require a lot of travel. She moved to CT, CA, and back to CT with small stints in TX & VA as Systems Engineer (Software Development) at EDS. Pai joined BearingPoint, traveling every week working on Oracle ERP projects for large financial companies. Pai then joined PepsiCo as an SAP Deployment Manager with more travel…and then joined R2 seven years ago starting in sales and then moving to Operations/Engineering. (no more travel!)
