R2 has been Gehr’s network consultant for 12 years. They have built Gehr’s Cisco infrastructure including the Phone System. They also helped set up our VMware environment. It has been a stable and healthy relationship because they are knowledgeable and quick to respond. Hence, R2 will be Gehr’s go-to network vendor for years to come.

We have worked with R2 well over 10 years because of the personal touch they have placed on our relationship with them. The fact that Jamie still personally gets involved in projects with us speaks volumes to how serious R2 is about building long-term relationships with their clients!

The R2 team is willing to understand our actual needs before suggesting we buy new technologies. I love the fact they are local and can provide a level of pre and post-sale support that other companies can’t. For these reasons we don’t consider R2 a vendor any longer, but a valuable business partner.

Your hand in the coordination of internet and wifi was amazing. Not only were you able to troubleshoot issues in a timely manner, you stayed ahead of the game by anticipating and being proactive with our needs. SD-WAN across 60 locations is a big project. It’s a scary project, and I can’t imagine doing it with anybody else. R2 has helped us put the right processes and efficiencies in place, and we can trust that what they’re proposing is the best solution for us.

We did a lot of research deciding on how to implement a VDI project and came down to two solutions with different partners. Both solutions would work for us, but we ultimately decided to go with R2 because of the knowledge of their team. We feel it was the right decision and are now working with R2 on multiple other projects.

R2’s response time is amazing. When current vendors are quoting 2-3 day response times, R2 is able to bring engineers online and assist us to have issues fixed in hours as opposed to days.
