To empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.
From younger cloud born application developers to early MS Admins, Microsoft appeals to each organization’s wide user base."
With grassroots in a sophisticated operating system, familiar productivity tools and enterprise software, Microsoft has played to its strengths, building and expanding those into their multi-cloud strategies. Stop and ask any person on a busy street if they have used Microsoft Word or Excel in their past 10 years and you get “yes, yes, yes” responses. If we take this same line of questioning, but to IT Admins and IT Managers, with replacing “Word or Excel” with “Active Directory or Exchange” and you will again get “yes, yes, yes” responses. Simply put. All of our R2’s customers have Microsoft as a vendor. Adding to the strength of this claim is that the Microsoft universe expands outside of the typical IT Admin space into development, business operations, and business analytics. From younger cloud born application developers to early MS Admins, Microsoft appeals to each organization’s wide user base with cloud ready functions and containers to enterprise identity tools.
When it comes to transitioning to a major cloud player, Microsoft has been a standout. Was the initial standup of Microsoft Sentinel an attempt to take market share in a public cloud by logo only? Perhaps, but Microsoft Sentinel has leaned on its strength in Mail, Productivity Tools, Identity, and Application Development to expand Sentinel into new technology areas it has previously not played in. Our objective becomes taking the gains Microsoft has made in the public and hybrid cloud world, take those strategies and apply them to our customer’s business.
